Job Description

PLHD (People Land & Housing Development) Partners was founded in 2023 with a clear goal: to develop and construct homes in Cambodia to support the increasing demands for home ownership. We create optimal and sustainable solutions for housing and aim to be a leader in quality projects in Cambodia.

The combination of local and international experience and expertise enables us to build homes that compliment Cambodian family culture, while providing higher living standards.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for PLHD’s social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance creativity and production efficiency.
  • Develop short form videos, reels, and photo content highlighting our projects, community activities, and company updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with branding strategies.
  • Research trends, keywords, and best practices to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Stay up to date with new AI technologies and apply them to optimize content creation processes.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation (text, image, or video).
  • Proficiency in photo/video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut,​Canva or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, and Media is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate or construction industry.
