Job Description
POMA is one of Cambodia's established Out-Of-Home advertising company, with hundreds of billboard and street furniture sites. We are building modern systems for how our people grow, and we need an HR professional to own them.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Recruitment end to end: job posts, screening, practical tests, and onboarding
- Monthly staff KPIs and quarterly performance reviews across all departments
- Monthly HR reports with analysis and recommendations for management
- Staff contracts, policies, discpline, and day-to-day staff support
- Payroll process and other compliance work
- Other tasks assign by managment
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- HR, with hands-on recruitment and performance review experience for 0 month as a minimum
- Have 3+ years in HR, with hands-on recruitment and performance review experience
- Are comfortable with Excel, online systems, and AI tools
- Write clear reports in Khmer and English
- Can run a process independently and bring solutions, not just problems
- Are discreet and fair, trusted by both staff and management
