Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage rent and maintenance fees (electricity/water bills) for mall tenants.
- Manage mall facilities and organize expense records.
- Prepare tax-related documents and handle tasks related to tax agencies.
- Perform daily settlements and prepare monthly settlement statements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
