Job Description

Precious Women Organization is a local Christian organization in Cambodia, working alongside women who are being exploited in the Entertainment Industry within Karaoke Bars and Beer Gardens.

Vision:

For Cambodian women who are working in the entertainment industry and at risk of exploitation to live in freedom, with hope and dignity

Mission:

Promote better working conditions for women who work in the entertainment industries so they can avoid sexual and economic exploitation by empowering them opportunities to gain vocational skills, soft skills, and rehabilitation.Prevent young women, who are vulnerable to exploitation, by giving them opportunities to get better education.

Precious Women is looking for a passionate and qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Oversee daily operations of the Women Empowerment and Butterfly Program.
  • Arranging effective training sessions with the team for the women.
  • Enrolling women in Vocational Training and Small Business Grant projects.
  • Supervise, training, coach, and support program staff to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Develop and monitor program plans, activities, and reports.
  • Support women participants through counseling and skill development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen program impact.
  • Ensure program activities align with organizational vision, mission, and strategic goals.
  • Monitor program performance, collect data, and prepare accurate reports for the Program Director.
  • Lead outreach activities when required.
  • Assist in capacity-building, training, and awareness sessions for women.
  • Ensure child protection and safeguarding policies are implemented.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Program Director.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in social work, Psychology, Community Development, or related fields.
Work History:
  • Experience in program supervision, women empowerment, community development, or related work for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:Soft Skills
  • Candidates who have faith in Jesus will be given priority.
  • Female applicants only (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with vulnerable women with compassion and professionalism.
  • Good planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to provinces occasionally.
  • Good English communication skills are preferred.
