Precious Women is looking for passionate and qualified Khmer candidates to fill the following positions:
Position Title: Voice of Hope Radio Program Assistant
Location: Phnom Penh
- Assist Precious Women to host “Voice of Hope” radio program at Women Radio Station one hour a week.
- Produce promotional video clips and drama shows for Voice of Hope radio shows.
- Invite and assist guest speakers of the radio shows.
- Take care of listers phone calls that comes in during and after each radio show; returning calls to follow up callers, make occasional home visits, obtain feedbacks and evaluations from the listeners.
- Assist creating a plan and a budget for the Voice of Hope program with Outreach Coordinator.
- Maintain a data base of community visits and callers who called in during the radio program.
- Communicate and share information with Social Media Officer to promote our Outreach Program
- Assist Nighttime Outreach with Outreach, Women Fellowship Party and other special events.
- Communicate with nighttime outreach team, business owners and women that our team come in contact during the outreach and donors of the outreach ministry.
- Provide updates, testimonies, monthly reports, and action plans to Outreach Coordinator by 25th of each month prior to staff meetings.
- Strong Christian
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to build good relationship with listeners and people living in local communities.
- Willing to visit Provinces and build positive relationships with people in rural communities.
- Basic English skill is required. Intermediate or advanced level of English skill is preferred.
- Basic computer skills such as using internet, Email, Microsoft Office software’s (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required. Need to be able to operate basic video making softwares and create video clips.
- Ability to be flexible and willing to work in a team. Honesty and loyalty to the organization are highly valued.
Gas (for transportation), phone cards (for communication), health insurance, monthly salary will be determined based on qualifications and experiences
