Job Description

Prison Fellowship Cambodia is a Christian NGO committed to the restoration of inmates, ex-inmates, and their families through spiritual care, reintegration support, and community transformation. Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Identify, build, and maintain strong partnerships with local employers, companies, churches, community groups, and NGOs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with potential and existing employers to promote second-chance employment opportunities.
  • ​Secure formal agreements with employers willing to hire ex-prisoners.
  • ​Represent the BlueGate Center in meetings, events, and community engagement activities.
  • ​Strengthen collaboration with implementing partners such as Digital Divide Data (DDD).
  • Job Placement & Support
  • Coordinate job matching for ex-prisoners based on their skills, training outcomes, and employer requirements.
  • ​Monitor job placements to ensure stability, growth, and long-term retention.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring support for ex-prisoners to help them succeed in their workplace.
  • Support families of ex-prisoners with needed information and connect them to community resources.
  • Support Group Facilitation
  • Oversee the establishment, enrollment, and smooth functioning of support groups for ex-prisoners.
  • Coordinate with the Centre Coordinator to ensure regular support group meetings.
  • Ensure participants receive emotional, social, and practical support through the group network. Prison Fellowship Cambodia​ December 2025​ ​ Job Description: Partnership Manager
  • Project Implementation & Reporting
  • Lead and support project implementation activities in line with the annual plan and donor requirements.
  • Manage partnership records, employer databases, support group data, and monitoring information.
  • Work closely with the Centre Coordinator to track participant progress, employment outcomes, and support received.
  • ​Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Executive Director and donors.
  • Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes.
  • Compliance, Safeguarding & Representation
  • Ensure all activities comply with Prison Fellowship Cambodia policies, including safeguarding, anti-corruption, and confidentiality.
  • ​Promote fair, ethical, and professional practices among all partners and stakeholders.
  • Uphold PFC’s Christian values and the mission of restoring lives through dignity, compassion, and second chances.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Human Resources, Development Studies, or related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in partnership development, employer engagement, HR, or program coordination for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience supporting vulnerable populations (preferably ex-prisoners, youth, or marginalized groups).
  • Experience working in NGOs, reintegration programs, or social enterprise.
  • Experience delivering or coordinating training, mentoring, or community support programs.
  • ​Christian faith and alignment with the mission of Prison Fellowship Cambodia.
Soft Skills
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • ​Ability to engage employers and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • ​Good understanding of the Cambodian job market and employment practices.
  • ​Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
