Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries or service support.
- Handle phone calls, messages, and warranty coordination.
- Register customer complaints and follow up until resolved.
- Guide customers on product usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional service attitu
