- Strengthen program design, logical frameworks, indicators, and theory of change development
- Lead RRM’s monitoring systems, reporting processes, and data quality improvement efforts
- Support the use of digital tools and technology for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Conduct and support qualitative and quantitative assessments and evaluations
- Strengthen accountability systems, complaints and feedback mechanisms (CFM), and responsible data practices
- Facilitate learning and reflection activities that help teams improve program quality
- Train and support staff in monitoring, reporting, data collection, and accountability processes
- Support proposal development, donor reporting, and organizational learning
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Development studies, statistics, economics, social sciences, public health, research methods, or a related field
- DMEAL, MEAL, research, program quality, or related work for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Experience developing monitoring systems, indicators, assessments, and reporting tools
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, reporting, and facilitation
- Ability to communicate in both Khmer and English, including writing reports for management and donors
- Experience with NGO or community development work is preferred
- Alignment with RRM’s Christian mission and Statement of Faith
