Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct field visits to gather qualitative impact stories, photos, and video content.
- Translate, write and edit field success stories into engaging content tailored for diverse audiences (donors, church partners, prayer networks, and general public) into monthly/quarterly newsletters, annual impact reports, brochures, and field updates.
- Manage and regularly update the organization's social media platforms (like Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn…) and website.
- Maintain and enforce organizational branding guidelines across all internal and external communication touchpoints.
- Assist leadership in developing promotional materials for international partners, vision trips, and donor meetings.
- Maintaining data and well-organized of organizational media archive (photos, videos, consent forms, and story database).
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, English, or a related field
- Communications, storytelling, or media production (experience with local or international NGOs/faith-based organizations in Cambodia is highly preferred) for 2 to 3 years as a minimum
- Fluent written and spoken proficiency in both Khmer and English.
- Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Proficiency with website content management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media management.
- Demonstrated skills in capturing high-quality field photography and video clips.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, works effectively in a team, and manages stress well under pressure.
