- Branch Operations
- Oversee daily gym operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and cleanliness meet company standards
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures
- Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve salestarget and service packages
- Monitor sales activities, leads, and conversion rates
- Execute promotions and marketing activities at branch level
- Member Experience & Retention
- Ensure high service standards and member satisfaction
- Handle member feedback, complaints, and retention initiatives
- Build strong relationships with members and local communities
- People Management
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training in coordination with HR
- Coach and motivate team members to meet performance standards
- Financial & Administrative Control
- Monitor daily sales reports, expenses, and cash handling
- Control operational costs and minimize losses
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed
- Enforce gym rules and safety procedures
- Support audits and internal controls
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Experience in branch or operations management for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Experience in gym, fitness, hospitality, or service industry preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Basic financial and reporting knowledge
