We are a newly created company, specialized in importation and distribution of gourmet food, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (main workplace) and we are looking for qualified candidates as position below to join our Team.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • As the Sales Officer of the company, the Employee is responsible to perform and supervise the following duties:
  • Develop solid product knowledge and understand target customer segments.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Manage customer interactions: greet, assist, recommend products, and handle inquiries.
  • Receive customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for processing.
  • Promote products, sales campaigns, and company policies.
  • Support sales reporting and administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with premium food or fresh products is a plus.
  • Good English communication (spoken & written).
Soft Skills
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills; customer-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Friendly, confident, and able to multitask effectively.
