We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Be responsible for the assigned Projects.
  • Prepares Proposal drawing bases on Sales information and customer’s requirements then send to Engineering Head office to get quotation-estimate.
  • Updates Proposal drawing and Project information form when having changes from customers or/ and Sales engineer/manager
  • After get Letter of Intent from Sales engineer, Pass information (Proposal drawing and Project information) to head office at Vietnam to get detail drawing with committed schedule from customer or sale engineer.
  • Verify related information of jobs to provide to Head office at Vietnam, to make sure that all information of job is clear.
  • Handle design change from beginning until hangover the Project to customer.
  • Understand about material specification.
  • Receive and review Erection drawings from CSD’s Order Entry group and share to CMD & customers.
  • To follow and to ensure that the production will be completed and delivery will be made to customer as per the established dates in the Schedule submitted to customer.
  • Support CMD during the Erection Stage of the Project and to provide them Engineering assistance or other supports that may require to CMD by coordinating with the concerned departments during the Erection stage of the Project.
  • To make addendum/PO/VO and review SCR for project.
  • To coordinate with related teams for project problem solving and maintenance.
  • Other General responsibilities.
  • To Assist Sales, in any or all Engineering related supports, that may require during the execution time of the Project, by coordinating with Engineering Department.
  • To ensure, all policies and procedures for entering jobs in the system are being strictly followed
