រ៉ាក់ធ្វើការផ្នែកសុខភាពស្រ្តី សុខភាពផ្លូវភេទ បន្តពូជ និងសិទ្ធិ ។ យើងធ្វើការជាមួយស្ត្រី យុវវ័យ និងក្រុមងាយរងគ្រោះនានាក្នុងទីប្រជុំជន និងក្នុងទីជនបទ ចំនួន១៩ ខេត្ត ក្រុង ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
- The VCO will manage communication technology platforms, connecting the vulnerable groups, such as Entertainment Workers, Men have Sex with Men, and Transgender persons. The purpose of these platforms is to provide accurate health messages to the target groups;
- The VCO will initiate, develop/update RHAC’s IEC materials, including posters and video clips related to HIV prevention for the vulnerable groups. Assess & analyze the vulnerable groups’ preferences in using various communication apps (Facebook, YouTube, Blued, Grindr, Telegram, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.);
- The VCO will monitor and coach online counselors for reaching the vulnerable groups and capacity building/ skill to provincial staff and Outreach Workers on HIV education and testing by collaborating with other project staff.

- មានសញ្ញាប័ត្រមហាវិទ្យាល័យ ផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រង ឬសញ្ញាប័ត្រប្រហាក់ប្រហែល។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ធ្វើការយ៉ាងតិច៣ឆ្នាំក្នុងការងាររដ្ឋបាល និងលទ្ធកម្មចំពោះមន្រ្តីរដ្ឋបាល។
- មានបទពិសោធន៏ធ្វើការងារក្នុងការិយាល័យ ឬការងារលទ្ធកម្មចំពោះជំនួយការរដ្ឋបាល។
- មានសមត្ថភាពសរសេររបាយការណ៏ និងសរសេរកំណត់ហេតុប្រជុំ។
- គោរពសិទ្ធសុខភាពផ្លូវភេទ និងសុខភាពបន្តពូជ។
- មានចំណេះដឹងក្នុងការប្រើ Computer ជាពិសេស Microsoft Office ច្បាស់លាស់។
