Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- Finance Assistant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for providing general financial support to the project;
- Assist project management in performing budget cycle: Planning, Preparation, revisions, and budget execution;
- Monitor project expenditures, ensuring that no expenditure is incurred before it has been authorized;
- Assist project team in drafting quarterly and yearly project progress reports concerning financial issues;
- Perform preparatory work for mandatory and general budget revisions, annual physical inventory and auditing, and assists external evaluators in fulfilling their mission;
- Prepare all outputs in accordance to ProDoc and GSSD guideline;
- Ensure the project utilizes those available financial resources in an efficient and transparent manner; and
- Ensure that all project financial activities are carried out on schedule and within budget to achieve the project outputs.
Job Requirements
- At least Bachelar’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Related field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Finance with project, government, development partner, NGO, government ministries or private sectors.
