Job Description
Rich Time Shop is an international purveyor of luxury watches and jewelry, with flagship boutiques in Hong Kong and Japan. We offer a curated selection of the world's most esteemed brands, including Jacob & Co., Parmigiani, and Jaquet Droz.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- 通过积极主动的销售方式，负责达成并超越销售目标。
- 协助日常门店运营，营造优雅的购物环境。
- 提供卓越的客户服务，提升客户满意度。
- 维护强大的客户关系管理 (CRM) 实践，并及时跟进客户。
- 预测客户需求并提供量身定制的解决方案。
- 确保视觉营销符合公司标准。
- 与新老客户建立并培养牢固的关系。
- 及时响应客户的咨询和需求。
- 更新销售线索，并与相关海外办事处沟通。
- 维护和更新销售报告，并收集客户反馈，以供管理层参考。
- 执行管理层分配的其他任务。
