Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Manage and maintain CCTV, NVR/DVR, and security systems.
  • Manage UniFi network, Wi-Fi, switches, and internet connection.
  • Install and troubleshoot computers, printers, and scanners.
  • Manage Access Control, Card Readers, and electronic door locks.
  • Maintain Property Management system.
  • Maintain parking barrier and access systems.
  • Provide daily IT support to management and staff.
  • Troubleshoot IT and building technology issues.
  • Coordinate with external IT/service providers when required.
  • Maintain IT equipment records and perform regular system checks.
  • Manage and maintain website.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Work History:
  • IT support experience for 1 to 2 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of networking, UniFi, CCTV, Access Control, and Card Reader systems.
  • Web development.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, software, printers, and scanners.
  • Good communication skills; English is an advantage.
Soft Skills
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills; English is an advantage.
