The Ruby Shiny Diamond World Co., LTD is looking to hire an Accounts Executive who supports our Vision, Mission and Values.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for the accurate reporting of management account
- Oversee daily activities of the accounting department and ensure that all major projects, including month-end and year-end reports, are completed accurately and on time
- Monthly closing process – schedule and coordinate with outside departments and within the department to meet deadlines, which includes planning and leading monthly inventory, preparing journal entries, posting, balancing and reconciling subsidiary ledger
- Reconciliation of inventory balances
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of the accounting system
- Evaluate, improve and update (or establish and develop new) financial policies, procedures and control mechanisms to be accurate and efficient
- Clear understanding of the Cambodian taxation process and taxation requirements for both company and employees
- Hiring, training and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks
- Supporting management with reports/details on specific activity areas
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Management
- Experience in an accounting position for 5 years as a minimum
- Full understanding of a full set of accounts. Familiarity with accounting practices in Cambodia is value-added
- Familiarity with the usage of accounting systems is a must. Experience using MySQL is a plus
- Candidate must be able to multitask and be proactive in the execution of duties
- The candidate must be able to converse and write fluently in English.
