Job Description
Saekaraj Transfo is a leading manufacturer of electricity distribution transformer in Cambodia, we are looking for positions below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the long-term growth and profitability of the manufacturing facility.
- Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize quality
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining high product quality.
- Manage the operational budget, driving cost efficiency and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective
- material procurement.
- Oversee the design and development of new transformers, ensuring they meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with customers, utilities, and authorities to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization.
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or a related filed
- Experience in a leadership role within the transformer manufacturing industry for 10 years as a minimum
- Proven history of success in achieving production and quality goals.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in working with transformer design and understanding of relevant engineering principles.➢ Local or Expatriate.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team to achieve peak performance.
