SCG Distribution & Retail (Cambodia) is a leading home, living, and construction products and services distributor in Southeast Asia, distributing a wide range of quality products to customers in Cambodia through our extensive network of channels. Our robust supply chains and related services allow us to fulfill orders for all 25 provinces in the country, connecting manufacturers with the market. Our head office in Maybank Tower, Phnom Penh and now SCG Distribution & Retail (Cambodia) is looking for dynamic candidate to fill as following positions:
- Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Admixture, Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Steel, Lubricants and related building materials.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current dealers or customers’ needs and following a defined selling process with potential customers, often including product demos and presentations.
- Prepare sales forecast, reports, and competitor analysis and participate in marketing activities, events.
- Coordinate with others to ensure that collaborations are being met and company standards are being upheld.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer or related field
- Experience in sales, or a related role for 3 years
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends is preferred.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.
