Job Description
Our company is offering hotel apartment service accommodations to our guests. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as position below:
- General Accountant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports timely.
- Record transactions in QuickBooks and update the general ledger
- Handle invoicing, supplier payments, payroll and NSSF submissions to the bank
- Manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy
- Prepare and file tax returns according to Cambodian tax laws
- Support financial reviews and assist with tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
- Knowledge of tax declarations and basic Cambodian accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Strong time management, communication skills and ability to work independently under pressure
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
