Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Visual Content Creation & Production:
- Plan and execute high-quality photography (products, artisan portraits, workshop processes, store/landscape, and events).
- Shoot and edit engaging video content (short-form for social media, longer-form for website/YouTube).
- Ensure all visual content captures the authenticity, skill, and cultural heritage of the artisans.
- Digital Graphic Design:
- Design marketing materials: social media graphics, email newsletters, and other digital ads, using Canva and other design software.
- Create templates and assets (graphic elements such as logo, pattern, brand color codes) that maintain brand consistency.
- Post-Production & Asset Management:
- Edit photos and videos using professional software (e.g., Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.).
- Organize and maintain a well-structured digital asset library (photos, videos, logos, design files).
- Optimize media files for various platforms (web, social, print if any).
- Collaboration & Brand Stewardship:
- Work closely with Marketing Executive and Head of Digital Experience to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Ensure all outputs reflect the premium, authentic, and socially-responsible ethos of Artisans Angkor.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven portfolio in photography, videography, and digital graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/Lightroom), Davinci Resolve, etc.
- Understanding of social media visual trends and formats.
- Basic knowledge of Cambodian artisanal crafts (or strong willingness to learn).
- Fluent in Khmer; good working English.
- Strong eye for composition, detail, and brand aesthetics.
