Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Receive and process payments from patients and customers through cash, bank transfers, QR payments, and other accepted payment methods.
- Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Verify payment amounts and reconcile daily cash and payment records.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and submit reports to the relevant supervisor.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding payments, receipts, and order charges professionally.
- Receive and record delivery orders and verify order details and payment status.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and delivery staff to ensure orders are prepared and handed over correctly.
- Check items against order details before handing them over to delivery staff to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Record delivery fees, payments, and related transactions accurately.
- Follow up on delivery payment discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain organized financial documents and protect confidential customer information.
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous cashier or payment-handling experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, payment reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to coordinate with different departments and manage tasks efficiently.
- Experience handling delivery orders or coordinating with delivery staff is an advantage.
- Honest, responsible, accurate, and detail-oriented.
