Siem Pang Forest Lodge is a newly built luxury tented resort, set in the heart of the breathtaking Siem Pang Wildlife Sanctuary. Scheduled to officially open on October 1, 2025, this 15-suite eco-luxury lodge offers guests a refined experience amidst untouched nature, blending exceptional service with conservation-focused hospitality.
As part of our opening team, we are seeking dedicated, visionary leaders to take on key management roles, helping shape the future of this remarkable retreat. All positions listed below will be vacant as of July 1, 2025, providing an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly extraordinary.
- Tour Guide Supervisor
- Lead and train a team of tour guides to ensure high-quality guest experiences. Develop and refine guided itineraries, including bush excursions, birdwatching tours, identifying and educating guests on Cambodia’s diverse bird species.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tour guiding, preferably in eco-luxury or wildlife tourism. Strong knowledge of Cambodian wildlife, ecosystems, and cultural heritage.
