Job Description
Siem Pang Forest Lodge located at Siem Pang, Stung Treng Province, currently in the construction phase of our resort, is seeking a talented and dynamic Cambodian Male/Female to join our team as the Head of Finance & Administration. This pivotal role will contribute to the success of our organization by overseeing financial operations and administrative functions.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise the Team: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and administrative team.
- Accounting Oversight: Review and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Review monthly and annual tax returns to ensure adherence to taxation laws.
- Tax Audit Liaison: Coordinate matters related to tax audits.
- Annual Financial Filings: Handle the annual filing process for accounting and auditing regulators.
- Assist with Regulatory Matters: Support accounting and auditing regulatory requirements.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by top management.
- Assisting for QIP qualify process Monthly report to BOD
- Working with other related ministry
