Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Welcome, register patients and update the system on appointments
- Conduct payment processes at the cashier – open and close counter, generate invoices, allocate discounts and vouchers, process payments and refunds, and manage float
- Generate daily settlement to submit to finance
- Ensure that patient inquiries are answered appropriately and in a timely manner for all channels (e.g. social media platforms, email, etc)
- Support with direct billing patient inquiries, liaise with the internal medical team and the direct billing entity for the collation of required documentation, submit reports for direct billing
- Ensure frontline trackers are updated correctly and submitted on time
- Provide great customer service for patients at SSMC
- Support manager in all adhoc duties
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related fields
- Experience as Cashier or Customer Service
- Basic math and computer skill like Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Khmer, both written and spoken
- Be able to follow instruction, and fast learner
- Flexible, honest, hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
