Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Strategic Planning: Developing social media content calendars, aligning content with marketing campaigns, and brainstorming new ideas to support brand goals.
- Content Production: Writing blog posts, scripting, filming, and editing videos, and producing infographics or podcasts.
- Medical Storytelling: Translate medical services (Radiology, Dialysis, Health Screenings) into easy-to-understand, empathetic, and engaging stories.
- Conduct interviews with our specialists to create "Doctor Spotlight" features and educational health tips.
- Social Media Management: Monitor social media channels and engage with followers’ comments and inquiries in a helpful, brand-aligned tone.
- Stay updated on local health trends and viral topics to keep SSMC relevant in the daily conversation.
- SEO Optimization: Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices to increase organic traffic to digital content.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing, design, and medical teams to ensure all medical information shared is 100% accurate and compliant with healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good is required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Content creation, copywriting, or social media management, with a portfolio of work samples for 1 to 3 years
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a premium service industry is a massive plus
- Creativity & Storytelling: A strong ability to develop unique ideas and craft engaging narratives
- Multimedia Proficiency: Experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and basic video/photo production.
- Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze audience behavior, monitor industry trends, and use data to refine strategies.
- Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
