Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and supervise the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Review and approve invoices, payment vouchers, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers and alignment with shipping documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring effective credit control and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations and international accounting standards.
- Lead preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and compliance.
- Implement process improvements and financial controls to strengthen efficiency and accountability.
- Act as a key advisor to the General Manager on financial planning, risk management, and business strategy.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (both written & spoken); Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
