Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate daily ocean freight operations including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations, AMS, and ISF filings.
- Monitor shipment status and update internal systems and customers accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian customs regulations and international shipping standards.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and discrepancies related to ocean freight movement.
- Maintain organized records and support internal audits and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Requires strong coordination with local and international partners.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- High School Diploma in or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably in ocean freight operations.
- Proficiency in Khmer and English (both spoken and written); Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
