Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Support coordination of industry partnerships related to skills development programs.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with private companies, business associations, training providers, and SEZs.
  • Support communication and follow-up with industry partners, including Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of partnership-based training proposals and activities.
  • Help organize meetings, workshops, consultations, and focus group discussions (FGDs).
  • Participate in field visits and short-term missions to SEZs and industrial areas.
  • Support activity tracking, basic reporting, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the CED team and support other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • Chinese - Simplified - Good
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1–2 years of experience in communication, partnerships, project coordination, or related fields are welcome.
  • Interest in industry engagement, skills development, or workforce programs.
  • Basic understanding of TVET or skills development is an advantage, but willingness to learn is essential.
  • Good command of Khmer, Chinese (spoken and written).
Soft Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with different stakeholders
  • Organized, proactive, and able to follow up tasks independently.
