Job Description
SOCFIN GROUP is an agriculture based multinational group specialized in Rubber & Oil Palm cultivation & Processing mainly in West Africa and Southeast Asia. In Cambodia, Socfin group is represented by its subsidiaries Socfin Kcd Co., Ltd. and Coviphama Co., Ltd.
Socfin Cambodia is inviting suitable candidates to apply for the following position:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- The successful candidate will be in charge of:
- Role Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing all production activities and processes to meet targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and optimist production workflow, identify and resolve bottlenecks to maximize output.
- Assist in developing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, capacity, and material availability.
- Oversee quality control measures and ensure products meet the required specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Analyses production data, identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Liaise with other departments, to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- To comply to all EHS requirements' outlined by the company , enforce workplace safety policies and use of PPE.
- Ensure implementation and compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards at Factory offices and develop & implement processes to drive continuous improvement.
- To propose to Factory Manager:
- Definition function & responsibilities of staff
- Warnings and suspension for staff and workers
- Promotion, demotion workers
- Hiring and dismissing workers
- Requests for supplying of material, consumables.
Job Requirements
Work History:
- Manufacturing experience and preferably in the Rubber industry for 2 years as a minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in related field.
- Rubber production from Latex s/cup lumps
- Technical skills
- Ability to understand physical phenomena.
- Computer literacy
- Smooth operation of factory, production target and upkeep,
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with knowledge of production processes and equipment operation.
- Strong safety and quality awareness. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English preferred as role requires regular communication and coordination with Top Management teams.
- Work on improving line efficiency or production flow.
- Confer with other personnel to resolve design or operational problem.
- Able for managing the day-to-day operations of the production workshop.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Strong coordination skills ability to communicate and articulate to get things done, a strong sense of responsibility, and independence.
- Applicants must be willing work in Busra, Mondulkiri
- Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
- Good behavior of manpower (absenteeism.)
- Willing to work overtime when required to support production planning and meet forecast targets.
