Job Description
SOCFIN GROUP is an agriculture based multinational group specialized in Rubber & Oil Palm cultivation & Processing mainly in West Africa and Southeast Asia. In Cambodia, Socfin group is represented by its subsidiaries Socfin Kcd Co., Ltd. and Coviphama Co., Ltd.
Socfin Cambodia is inviting suitable candidates to apply for the following position:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Modify, maintain, or repair electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Replace defective components or parts, using hand tools and precision instruments.
- Set up and operate specialized or standard test equipment to diagnose, test, or analyze the performance of electronic components, assemblies, or systems.
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assembling electrical units, applying knowledge of electronic theory and components.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Assemble electrical systems or prototypes, using hand tools or measuring instruments.
- Review electrical engineering plans to ensure adherence to design specifications and compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
- Assemble, test, or maintain circuitry or electronic components, according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, or knowledge of electrical, using hand or power tools.
- Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions, or amendments to outdated material.
- Maintain system logs or manuals to document testing or operation of equipment.
- Select electrical equipment, components, or systems to meet functional specifications.
- Participate in training or continuing education activities to stay abreast of engineering or industry advances.
- Install or maintain electrical control systems, industrial automation systems, or electrical equipment, including control circuits, variable speed drives, or programmable logic controllers.
- To comply to all EHS requirements outlined by the company.
Job Requirements
Work History:
- Related working experienc for 2 years as a minimum
- Minimum Certificate in the Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
- Knowledge in three phase electrical processes and methods.
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
- Technical skills
- Rubber production from Latex s/cup lumps
- Ability to understand physical phenomena.
- Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
- Computer literacy
