We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Shipping Coordination
  • Supervise all activities related to shipping products to clients
  • Prepare shipping documents (Invoice & Packing List)
  • Measure and record box dimensions
  • Book pick-up times with logistics companies
  • Production & Delivery Planning
  • Plan production and shipping schedules based on client timelines
  • Work with QC and Sewing teams to confirm delivery dates
  • Inform internal teams of delivery timelines and changes
  • Logistics Communication
  • Liaise with logistics companies to compare quotes and secure best rates
  • Confirm pricing and shipping details with clients
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
  • Tools & Systems
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage schedules and documents
  • Keep records organized and accessible for the team
  • Goals for This Role

  • All shipments leave the studio on time with complete documentation
  • Delivery dates are clearly communicated across teams
  • Logistics costs are optimized through smart comparison and negotiation
  • Clients receive accurate updates and feel confident in our process
