Job Description

Since 1995, under a concession agreement signed with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia Airports develops, finances, builds, and operates the country’s network of international airports serving Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. The company is a subsidiary of VINCI Airports, the leading private airport operator in the world, with a portfolio of 71 airports in Europe, Asia, and Americas.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Supervising Team Leader (TL), Handling Agents (HA) Team, Customer Service Agent and outsourcing team and ensuring a high standard of service is well maintained and accomplished on daily tasks with a timely & effective manner and be responsible to general function of office work, administration and customer services;
  • Ensuring that subordinates always fully operated and maintained equipment properly and complied with safety rules and regulations;
  • Reporting all irregular cases to immediate superior to ensure that the corrective and/or preventive actions are undertaken;
  • In charging of import, export and document counter when is on duty;
  • Working on the shift rotation.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field;
Work History:
  • Minimum of experiences in a relevant field, of which one-year experience in airline or air-freight, warehouse, logistic and stock control for 2 years is preferred
  • Experiences in supervisory level for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages are an advantage;
  • Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email, Database etc.….);
  • Have strong leadership, instructional and interpersonal skills and willing to work on multi-tasks;
Soft Skills
  • Be flexible and adapt to new changes and challenges;
  • Be able to work with less supervision and under pressure;
  • Have good Customer Care attitude;
  • Must have honesty, integrity, courtesy and grooming;
  • Be confident and a highly motivated person;
  • Punctuality, team spirit, and can-do-attitude.
