Job Description

Since 1995, under a concession agreement signed with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia Airports develops, finances, builds, and operates the country’s network of international airports serving Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Supervising Handling Agents (HA) Team in order to ensure that:
  • The HA team performs loading and unloading by fully complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
  • The HA team can handle the import & export cargo carefully in accordance with ISO procedures and Working Instructions at each workstation (import or export);
  • The HA team can operate all equipment by fully respecting safety rules and maintain them properly.
  • Checking and verifying with the immediate supervisor if Cargo Handling Process are not well understood by subordinates to ensure that the process is running smoothly and in accordance with customer/airline’s requirements;
  • Dealing with customers in a good courtesy to get proper authorization letter from local authority to clear goods and to check all relevant documents presented by shippers or consignees to make sure all supporting document is completed;
  • Working on the shift rotation.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field;
Work History:
  • Experiences related to cargo warehouse, logistics and stock control for 2 years as a minimum
  • Eexperience in supervisory level for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages, particularly Chinese language, is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.….);
  • Customer service orientation and be dynamic;
Soft Skills
  • Must have honesty, integrity and courtesy;
  • Ability to work under pressure with less supervision and flexibility and willing to learn new things;
  • Good inter-personal skill, confident and motivated person;
  • Physically and mentally fit and can-do-attitude.
