Job Description

Since 1995, under a concession agreement signed with the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia Airports develops, finances, builds, and operates the country’s network of international airports serving Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville. The company is a subsidiary of VINCI Airports, the leading private airport operator in the world, with a portfolio of 71 airports in Europe, Asia, and Americas.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Managing end-to-end procurement for key services, including market research, tendering, award.
  • Maintaining qualified providers and defining performance requirements, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Providing data-driven recommendations, evaluating proposals for value and risk, and leading negotiations to protect the airport interests.
  • Building and managing the supplier relationships as the main OPD contact and ensuring the clear communication and performance alignment.
  • Overseeing contract administration to ensure compliance, maintaining a central repository of documents, and advising stakeholders on contract terms and performance metrics.
  • Liaising with related departments to align procurement with operational goals and providing insights into costs and performance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in management or related field
Work History:
  • Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier relationship management for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Expert in tendering, supplier evaluation, and e-procurement
  • Strong understanding of contract law
