Job Description
Song Saa Private Island is Cambodia’s first private island resort, setting new benchmarks for luxury and sustainability. This award-winning five-star property has 24 luxurious villas in an incredible island setting.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Repair and maintenance of all property equipment, building and grounds.
- To maintenance and repair in all aspect of AC, Chiller, Freezer inside the guest room and Karuna Village along with the equipment in accordance to Song Saa Standard.
- Suggest and implement systems that maintain the effectiveness of all systems and ensure the safety of all Song Saa family members and guests.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good
- Experience in the same role and a proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the equipment in hospitality for 3 years as a minimum
- Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC knowledge is required.
- A good command of English.
- Able to live in a remote location.
- Self-motivated with a hands-on and flexible approach.
- Easily adapt to unpredictable events and work under pressure.
- Pro-active and reliable.
