Job Description
Song Saa Private Island is Cambodia’s first private island resort, setting new benchmarks for luxury and sustainability. This award-winning five-star property has 24 luxurious villas in an incredible island setting.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the standards of Song Saa Private Island.
- Serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet ensuring that the highest standards are established and maintained.
- Ensuring guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved
- Undertaking table service and service preparation within a specified F&B outlet.
- Identifying potential problems and ask for assistance before breakdown occurs.
- Upholding the company beliefs and Brand DNA at all times to maximize guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Experience at a similar position in a luxury hotel/resort for 2 years as a minimum
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage products, menus and standards of service.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Able to live in a remote location and appreciation for island lifestyle.
- Highly motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Easily adapt to unpredictable events and work under pressure
- Pro-active and reliable
- Customer Focus
