We are now seeking for a qualified candidate to fulfil the positions below:
- Junior Account Assistant (1 Position)
- Assisting with processing invoices, payments, and managing accounts receivable, including sending invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
- Accurately inputting financial data into accounting systems and databases
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and prepare aging reports.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain payment records.
- Monitoring of Container deposits & prepare receivables aging report
- Support monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, customer service) for financial documentation
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Related working experience is preferred, fresh graduate also welcome to apply
- Experience in logistic industry is a plus
- Fluent in Spoken & Written in English, Chinese is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn about logistics and freight operations.
- Flexible hard working and honest
- Computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Email & Internet)
