Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Call/Visit potential customers & record the status
- Find new potential customers, promote sales & negotiate price with customers to meet the customer’s requirement
- Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers
- Prepare quotation, visiting plans and other related reports as assigned
- Keep in touch with potential & existing customers
- Provide shipping related suggestions/proper solutions to customers
- Follow the instructions/requirements to complete the sales targets set by the company and related reports
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/management team
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Sale & Marketing, Business Administration, or other related skills, Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Experienced required for Sales Executive position for 1 to 3 years
- Having experiences as Sales in shipping and logistic industry will be prioritized
- Good computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Email & Internet)
- Strong communication skills in English & Chinese will have extra advantages
- Strong sense of self-discipline, punctual, responsibility, commitment, good attitude, being honest
- Must be Fluent in Spoken & Written in English, Chinese is a plus
- Able to achieve the targets set by the company
- Flexible and capable of handling challenging tasks and able to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn about logistics and freight operations
