Job Description

We still are one of the pioneers in F&B industry and expanding further. We are looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to join us as below:

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Handle Account receivables, Sales, Tax processing, petty cash and cash flow
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and reporting
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable/receivable functions and expenses analysis and managing payment processing matters
  • Perform journal entries and reconciliations for accounts closing
  • Inventory auditing once a month
  • Liaise with banks and participate in audit procedures
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Work History:
  • At least of working experience in related field for 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/degree in Accountancy
  • Proficient in MS office applications, (Excel and QuickBooks)
Soft Skills
  • Independent, mature with excellent communication and teamwork
  • Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
