Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Oversee all Front Office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and front desk service.
  • Lead and supervise the Front Office team to ensure that the highest standards of guest service are maintained at all times.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and optimize the guest reservation process, ensuring accurate bookings and smooth arrivals and departures.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations.
  • Monitor front desk inventory and equipment, ensuring everything is well-maintained and functional.
  • Prepare and manage staff rosters, ensuring that the department is appropriately staffed during peak periods.
  • Assist in training and developing front office staff to enhance their skills and service standards.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle cash and billing processes, ensuring compliance with hotel procedures and financial accuracy.
  • Implement and uphold the hotel's policies and procedures in daily operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s services, promotions, and policies.
  • Act as Duty Manager during your shift, managing hotel operations in the absence of senior management.
  • Support the Operations Manager in strategic initiatives, including cost control, performance reviews, and quality improvement.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office management or guest services within a hotel environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric approach to service.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and quality standards.
