- Supervise daily Front Office operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.
- Assist in leading, training, and motivating Front Office staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Ensure guest arrivals, departures, and in-house experiences are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with prompt, courteous, and effective solutions.
- Coordinate room assignments, VIP preparations, and special guest requests.
- Monitor the accuracy of guest billing, payments, and cashiering procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the front desk area.
- Assist in preparing staff schedules and daily duty rosters.
- Support the Front Office Manager in performance evaluations, coaching, and staff development.
- Review daily reports, room status, and occupancy forecasts.
- Act as the shift leader or duty supervisor when required.
- Promote teamwork and effective communication within the Front Office and other departments.
- High School Diploma in or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of Front Office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a calm approach in handling guest issues.
- Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
