Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Supervise daily Front Office operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.
  • Assist in leading, training, and motivating Front Office staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
  • Ensure guest arrivals, departures, and in-house experiences are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with prompt, courteous, and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate room assignments, VIP preparations, and special guest requests.
  • Monitor the accuracy of guest billing, payments, and cashiering procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards at all times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professionalism of the front desk area.
  • Assist in preparing staff schedules and daily duty rosters.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in performance evaluations, coaching, and staff development.
  • Review daily reports, room status, and occupancy forecasts.
  • Act as the shift leader or duty supervisor when required.
  • Promote teamwork and effective communication within the Front Office and other departments.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma in or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum 2–4 years of Front Office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Soft Skills
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and a calm approach in handling guest issues.
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
