Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide smooth, quick, and professional check-in and check-out services.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications following hotel procedures.
  • Maintain accurate guest information and ensure proper documentation in the PMS system.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain proper cashiering practices.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Assist with room assignments, VIP preparations, and special guest requests.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, following hotel communication standards.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide guests with information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest luggage requests, arrange transportation, and assist with concierge-style support when needed.
  • Follow all Front Office SOPs, service standards, and safety procedures.
  • Support Front Office team members and supervisors during peak times or special events.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, customer service, or hospitality roles.
  • Strong customer-service mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good computer skills, including PMS knowledge (Opera, Cloudbeds, RoomKey, or similar).
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and welcoming personality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Professional grooming and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good command of English and additional languages is a plus.
