- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide smooth, quick, and professional check-in and check-out services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications following hotel procedures.
- Maintain accurate guest information and ensure proper documentation in the PMS system.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain proper cashiering practices.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Assist with room assignments, VIP preparations, and special guest requests.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, following hotel communication standards.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest luggage requests, arrange transportation, and assist with concierge-style support when needed.
- Follow all Front Office SOPs, service standards, and safety procedures.
- Support Front Office team members and supervisors during peak times or special events.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field is preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, customer service, or hospitality roles.
- Strong customer-service mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good computer skills, including PMS knowledge (Opera, Cloudbeds, RoomKey, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good command of English and additional languages is a plus.
