To support our mission, SwipeRx is now looking for a Pharmacy Community Associate. We need a highly ambitious and dynamic individual who has the drive to excel. At SwipeRx, people who take initiative and ownership are rewarded signifcantly.
- Pharmacy Community Associate
- Oversee and manage all SwipeRx online activities to build the foundation for our platform, SwipeRx, to succeed in Cambodia, including app newsfeed, Facebook and Instagram pages/stories.
- Identify and negotiate with key opinion leaders who are infuential among pharmacists to grow the network and increase in-app engagement.
- Build value-based partnerships with pharmacy Universities and accreditation partners, consistent with SwipeRx policies.
- Create monthly content that resonates with pharmacy professionals based on your in-depth understanding of the pharmacy channel in Cambodia, pain points, and opportunities for retail pharmacy professionals.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to increase tagging, likes/comments/shares and online game/poll participation.
- Serve as a SwipeRx champion by actively engaging with users through online forums, and serving as event/webinar MC and continuously reviewing KOL and user-generated content to ensure accuracy and relevance for users in Cambodia.
- Continuously improve our user experience, create an engaged community in SwipeRx and facilitate growth of our business.
- Ability to work independently against weekly priorities, to achieve results.
- Analytically driven to self-track progress against MAU and other targets, proactively raise challenges and suggest suggestions with supervisor.
- Trained pharmacist with recent experience working in a retail pharmacy and who has experience designing engaging online content and engaging online with other pharmacists and medical infuencers.
- Confdent and experienced moderating or otherwise actively contributing to online pharmacist forums.
- Strong knowledge on all things digital and social and ability to curate digital content relevant to pharmacy professionals using a variety of Cambodian sources.
- Relationships with Pharmacy University lecturers and Pharmacy Association/s needed.
- Good English writing/verbal skills.
- Self-driven, able to turn projects around quickly, fexible to changes, solution-oriented and excited about spending time in pharmacies to better understand day-to-day needs at the pharmacy and to translate those learnings into an improved SwipeRx user experience.
- Passionate about strengthening retail pharmacy capacity and practices.
