Job Description
We are a fast expanding company specialized in perfume. We are looking for qualified candidate to join our international company for position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist the Brand Manager in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and in-store promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and events.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of content for various marketing channels.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interest in the fragrance retail industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (English is a must)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
