Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
- Project Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Program Implementation Management
- Develop and execute implementation plans for teacher trainer development programs across 18 provinces
- Coordinate program rollout timelines and milestones
- Manage multi-site program delivery and logistics
- Oversee resource allocation and distribution to provincial sites
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with provincial education departments and local government officials
- Coordinate with partner organizations and implementing agencies
- Manage relationships with training venues and local service providers
- Facilitate communication between central office and provincial teams
- Budget and Resource Management
- Develop and manage program implementation budgets
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost control across all sites
- Coordinate procurement of training materials and resources
- Oversee financial reporting and budget reconciliation
- Quality Assurance and Monitoring
- Establish quality standards and monitoring frameworks for program implementation
- Conduct site visits and program evaluations
- Monitor program compliance and adherence to standards
- Collect and analyze implementation data and metrics
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare regular progress reports for management and donors
- Document implementation processes and lessons learned
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Coordinate with monitoring and evaluation activities
Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Essential Requirements
- Fluency in English and Khmer (written and oral)
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management, preferably in education or development sector
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-location projects
- Experience with budget management and financial oversight
- Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Experience working with government agencies and educational institutions in Cambodia
- Background in education sector programming
- Experience with donor-funded projects
- Required Competencies
- Project planning and execution capabilities
- Multi-stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Budget management and financial analysis abilities
- Quality assurance and monitoring expertise
- Cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving and risk management capabilities
