Job Description
TENH100 is a Cambodian E-commerce Marketplace App connecting merchants to customers for goods and services. We are in our early stages, based in Phnom Penh, and building the platform from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle general day-to-day operations be the person who makes sure everything that needs to happen today actually happens
- Coordinate daily deliveries with drivers: assign orders, track progress, troubleshoot delays
- Onboard new merchants: walk them through the platform, collect product info, and get them live
- Respond to merchant questions and issues throughout the day
- Track daily orders and flag anything that looks off (delays, cancellations, complaints)
- Run errands and handle admin tasks as they come up
- Daily report on what got done, what’s stuck, and what needs attention
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Basic
- Comfortable communicating in Khmer (spoken and written) and basic English
- Organized enough to juggle multiple tasks without dropping tasks
- Capable of leading and doesn't want to be told what to do
- Previous experience in any customer-facing or coordination role (retail, logistics, admin)
- Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, or delivery logistics
- Can communicate with merchants in multiple languages (Khmer, English)
- Fit for Light Physical Labor
