The Bean Embassy is a premier specialty coffee roastery and community destination in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. Founded on the philosophy that great coffee brings people together, we have grown from a passionate small-scale project into a center for artisanal excellence, professional barista training, and sustainable sourcing.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • A passion for coffee and a desire to keep learning and improving
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle orders accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the work area and equipment.
  • Support daily operations by managing stock, following procedures, and working effectively with the team.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English - Basic is required
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Experience: No experience needed (Full training will be provided)
Soft Skills
  • Attitude: Responsible, hardworking, honest, and willing to learn, punctual
