Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue for management.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Monitor and manage the team's sales pipeline and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accuracy and timely progression of deals.
  • Establish and refine sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to develop aligned lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Work History:
  • Experience under Sales and Marketing Department in standard hotel for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Previous experience in a team leadership or mentoring role.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Establish and refine sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Also work closely with marketing team to develop aligned lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Computer skill (word, excel, power point, Email)
  • Good Skills of Sales service
  • Well understanding of selling hotel rooms and condos
