Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Coffee Shop Operations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Coffee Shop, ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, and a welcoming, inclusive environment.
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation and quality standards to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control in compliance with RSO's procurement, financial, and inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Prepare operational schedules and assign staff responsibilities.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Vocational Training
  • Develop an inclusive coffee shop training curriculum and deliver practical vocational training for trainees with intellectual disabilities and autism.
  • Develop Individual Vocational Training Plans (IVTPs) for trainees and adapt training methods to meet their individual learning needs, abilities, and career goals.
  • Supervise practical café-based vocational training, monitor trainees' progress, and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback to support their learning
  • and skill development.
  • Support trainees and staffs in developing technical, communication, teamwork, and workplace skills.
  • Inclusive Employment
  • Prepare trainees with intellectual disabilities and autism for internships and
  • employment opportunities with partner companies through workplace readiness
  • training, coaching, and ongoing support.
  • Support job matching and facilitate a smooth transition into the workplace for youths with intellectual disabilities and autism.
  • Provide follow-up coaching and on-the-job support to employees with intellectual disabilities and autism, as well as to employers, to promote successful
  • workplace integration and sustained employment.
  • Collaborate with employers to identify inclusive employment opportunities.
  • Staff Supervision
  • Supervise café staff, trainers, and volunteers to ensure effective performance and service delivery.
  • Build the capacity of staff and volunteers through training, mentoring, coaching, and regular performance feedback.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and a positive, inclusive working environment.
  • Financial and Administrative Management
  • Develop Terms of Reference (ToRs)​ and funding requests for coffee shop
  • operations and capacity-building activities.
  • Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and
  • accountability.
  • Maintain accurate financial, inventory, and operational records in accordance with RSO policies and procedures.
  • Support budget planning, cost control, and the efficient use of financial and material resources.
  • Partnership and Promotion
  • Promote the Coffee Shop Training Center and its services within the community to increase visibility, customer engagement, and support for inclusive employment.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with businesses, training institutions,
  • disability organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand vocational training and employment opportunities.
  • Support fundraising initiatives, marketing activities, and promotional events to
  • enhance the sustainability of the Coffee Shop Training Center.
  • Represent RSO in meetings, networking events, and partnerships related to vocational training, inclusive employment, and disability inclusion.
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, performance, and Individual Vocational Training Plans (IVTPs).
  • Collect and maintain data on training outcomes, internships, job placements, and employment retention.
  • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and other required operational and program progress reports.
  • Document case studies, success stories, lessons learned, and best practices to support monitoring, learning, reporting, and fundraising efforts.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of café operations, food safety, and inventory management.
  • Experience in coaching or training adults or youth.
  • Good financial management and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
